Placeholder: the first musing

This is a placeholder. It exists so the musings list, the reading view and the feed have something real to render while the site is being built. Delete this file and add your own.

Musings live in src/content/musings/ as plain Markdown files. The filename becomes the address, so on-compilers.md is published at /musings/on-compilers/. Each file starts with a little front matter:

A few things the reader view does

Text is set in a serif face made for long reading, with hyphenation, old-style figures and a measure of about sixty-five characters. Pick Light, Sepia or Dark at the top of any page; your choice is remembered.

Block quotes are set in italics and marked with a rule.

Lists get an em dash instead of a bullet:

• another thing
